what's the most interesting place you've been to so far?

That's a hard question. I'd say one of the most memorable experiences was in Studio A at Capitol Studios in Hollywood where we recorded "Swansong". It's in the basement of the iconic Capitol Records tower in Los Angeles. The history of the place is amazing. I recorded my vocals on the actual microphone that Frank Sinatra used when he recorded there!! John Mayer was in Studio B and we had to take turns to record because of "spillage" between the two studios (which happens because there's a divide that can be opened to create one large studio for recording orchestras). The song became all the more epic because of the location.
