when travelling on tour; is it hard to adjust your normal diet with international food?
That's a very good question. It is hard because you can't plan much and often end up with fast food because it's quick, easy and familiar. And extra calories can keep up your stamina on the road. But that's not to say we don't enjoy eating out and sampling local cuisine. Whether it's great steak in the States or fondue in Switzerland or noodles in Singapore or Chinese food in Hong Kong (the best!) or sushi in Japan or proper Guinness in Dublin or deep friend Mars bar in Glasgow. Okay, we didn't do the last one. But at least we're out and about. Diet is far worse in a recording studio!!
